Future Skills
There are numerous definitions and frameworks for future skills. However, since we couldn't identify with any of the existing concepts, as most were either too generic or exclusively aimed at specific target groups, we developed our own Bright&Bold Future Skill Framework based on extensive literature research and several expert workshops. It represents a vision for everyone to take control of their future—in other words, to be a doer of tomorrow. It comprises five categories, each with six skills.

01
Me Skills
are important for personal development, well-being and productivity as well as for making future decisions in a personal and business context.

03

ensure safe use in the digital world by enabling people to understand and use digital technologies effectively.
04

05
World Skills
enable qualified discourses about social and economic conditions and help to assess their opportunities and risks and put them into context.
